The hotel's location was close to downtown Prescott and convenient for hiking trails. The rooms were big and clean, but the smell was unpleasant. The service was friendly and efficient. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of options. The facilities were adequate.

My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The rooms, although a bit small for four people, were clean and comfortable with no issues. The hotel looked clean and well-furnished, but I did notice some old socks hanging to dry in the bathroom, which was a bit odd. The service was a mix - some staff were professional and courteous, while others were unprofessional and even rude. However, there was one angelic staff member who managed to find us a room at the last minute, which saved the day. The location was convenient for me, being close enough to downtown Prescott and hiking trails, with plenty of parking available. As for the dining experience, it was a bit of a hit or miss - some meals were great and plentiful, like the make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit, but others were a joke, like a sandwich you had to heat up in the microwave. The facilities were decent overall. The price for the stay offered good value considering the amenities provided.
